So, this is the part where I admit our party hasn't actually played the Mindthief yet... So yeah, the Mindthief does have a Move + Loot bottom action at level 9. They have a move + ranged attack at level 6. They don't have a move + heal anyone, though they do have a move + heal self. Obviously they don't have any way to do all 4 at once.
